Im so confused. First off..Why are there four sets each? I know what one arm dumbell rows are. But it's the other two Im confused about...Help please

Wide grip Machine pulldowns are on a machine in the gym. It's a big bar on the top and u have to pull it down to ur chest and back up again. Obviously ur exercise says u have to have a wide grip.
