Hi! Ive been working out for almost 2 months. I do 20-30 minutes of cardio and lift weights for around 10 minutes. I do this 5-6 times a week. I've put on 4 pounds since I began working out. For the last week and a half my clothes have been fitting kind of tight. My eating habbits have not changed much. I know I'm probably gaining muscle. When will this feeling fat stage go away??
Thanks, Kim

kymbo - fill out your profile and it'll help people answer you better as far as goals and where you're starting from. Ten minutes of resistance training isn't much but it's better than nothing. You might want to take a closer look at your diet if you're putting on weight relatively fast. Just a suggestion but you might want to take a look at the work out routines on this site. They're pretty awesome and especially for someone just starting out. By the way, welcome to FT. :)
