I am Kayecee I'm forty five years old and don't want to lose weight at 110lb and 5ft4 I have just been informed I am borderline high cholesterol and so now have to watch my fat intake, which I am worried about as I said I don't wish to lose any weight.
What I am hoping for is to increase my muscle tone , and build a little. I do some home routines and lift light weights but I'm not seeing a whole lot of improvement.
Butt, thighs and shoulders are what I'm working on and need help with.:(
Anyway, good to meet you all and I hope I can report some improvement in the future, now I've found this place:big_smile:
