why would you have to follow a fad diet. Follow menace's suggestions, and eat a clean diet. By clean I don't mean a fad diet or a starvation diet, but cut the crap from it.
Weight training is more important than the cardio to lose weight.

Hi

here is my story:

At a very young age I had to take steroids for my asthma which made me obese. I was 18 stonnes at the age of 14 with a 40 inch waiste line.

At 16, I decided to make a change in my life. I went to the gym almost everyday and didn't eat more than 5grams of fat a day! I was so determined to reduce my weight and look good and within one year I was down to a 32 inch waist line and got good arms and muscle.

I am 20 now and still have a 32 inch waiste but the problem is I still have some fat around me. I think i have about 14% bf and I want to reduce this to about 10! Now I want to do this within one month as I have to go back to uni in mid sept. I need some ADVICE. Which one of the two options below will be good for me:

OPTION 1:

Go gym about 5 times a week and just do cardio to lose it all topped with a fab diet.

OPTION 2:

Go gym 4 times a week and do weight training aswell as cardio with a fab diet.

OPTION 3:

Go gym and do weights 3 times a week and finish it with cardio.

OR any other methods? I.e. should I do cardio everyday for one month and have a good diet?

Any help will be great,

Thanks
T
