We need to know your goals. From what you've asked, my best answer is to start lifting. Lift intense 2-3 times a week and throw in some intense cardio or anaerobic work 1-2 times a week. This is nothing specific, but I guarantee if you clean up your diet and do this your physique will drastically improve.
