Im Jim, Im 25 years old and I live in Nova Scotia. I joined because Ive been a volunteer firefighter for 3 1/2 years now and although I like to keep busy and play sports Ive noticed that sometimes that isnt enough. Every now and then I get a fire that makes me swear Im gonna start going to the gym. Well finally Im going to go to the gym.
Actualy the number one reason I joined is because its been a personal goal of mine to get a job as a career firefighter, obviously the better the shape Im in the better my chances are. I have an interview next tuesday! Im not going to make much of a change in a week but better to start now than never.
Now, my question. I signed up only a few minutes ago, it is currently 9:45 pm my time. My persoanl fitness plan starts the monday after I sign up,which is today. I wake up at 7 in the morning to go to work so bedtime is around 11. I dont have enough time to go to the gym tonight so what do I do about my fitness schedule, do I just skip tonight?
Did you specify which days you can get to the gym? Either restart the plan with Monday not chosen as a workout day, or just move the routine over a day 9do Monday's workout tuesday, etc).
