when training to failure should all exercises of the specific workout be done to failure or should only one of the exercises be done to failure.
ex. chest work out
bench press 12,8,6,4
incline bench press 12,8,6,4
decline bench press 12,8,6,4
should all 3 be done to failure?
should one set of each exercise be done to failure?
should one whole exercise be done to failure?
if anybody has insight let me know

if you're looking to get the most out of your workout, train all sets to failure. that doesnt mean when your goal is 12 reps that you keep going on to when you fail at 100 reps. increase the weight so as you fail on your last scheduled rep.

You shoudl struggle on the last rep of every excercise.

Trining to failure....is putting a fairly moderate weight on the bar... and doing that till muscle failure.

Like football programs...use 225....you do that till you fail.....record i think is 45times
