rib cage help

i have no defined abs what-so-ever. so here i am with my rib cage that sticks out more than my breats. i know if i get some more muscle in my abs it will help to tighten it up and pull in my ribs. any good work outs to help with this?

I don't know alot about you...so i'm gonna stab in the dark...


Abbs are muscles we call "made in the kitchen" meaning your deit is the main thing that will show your abbs. You need to be lean....around 15-18% or so I think for women.

Some people have large bone structures etc. thats genetic unfortunally can't do much about that.

If your back hurts from crunches, get a physio ball.....about 20 bucks.....and it will really hit the abbs good. And doesn't hurt your back.


also when it comes to abbs, quaility is better than quanity. So don't do 100s of sit ups or crunches....25 good ones are better than 100 half assed ones.
