I guess I'm wrong but since aspirine make your blood more "liquid", if you take before work out, would you get a better pump???

Yes, you are. I would highly discourage taking any form of anti-inflammatory drug, as it will negatively affect your body's natural ability to recover.
If you are looking at blood thinners, I would recommend Vitamin E. It does the same thing for your blood as asprin, without all the negatives, and with many more positives.
