There really is no way to determine correct weight, a muscular woman will weigh more than a 'fat' woman, but on the weight charts at the doctors office the muscular woman may be considered obese for her size (am i making sense?).

For example - say i am 5'4" and weigh 145lbs, wearing size 6-8 pants and carrying only about 11% bodyfat. But, according to my height and wrist measurement my doctor says i should weigh 118-120 lbs.... am i obese? no, I simply have an incredibly dense physique.

Now, say my unfortunate friend is 5"4, weighs 145 and wears a size 12-14, carrying maybe 30% bodyfat... yes, she is overfat and needs to lose some fat.

Weight is relative. focus on health and size, you know when you can pinch an inch too much.
