hey hey im 16 f and wondering if ne Queenslanders (Australia) out there wanna start a exercise program wit me. I'm pretty advanced and not looking to lose weight or ne thing i just wanna work on my overall fittness level. The things i wanna do are... runs around the coast maybe (10 to 15 k's at a time)at different locations, coast or hinterland - yes this may include hills, i would also like to regulary bike ride and swim. so yeh give me a yell sometime and we could work somthin out.. ok hope to here from you!
