What would be a good amount of weight to in five months? Is 20 pounds likely to be possible?

josmit - you need to give more info than what you put up there. Are you wanting to put on 20 lbs? Or if you're wanting to be able to lift 20 lbs, 5 months is more than enough time. :)

You can do it fairly easy. Just watch your diet and don't overload on fats and carbs or you'll wind up gaining more fat than muscle (assuming you're going on a mass building work out plan). This is a case where you might want to read bb1fit's post in the supplement forum about cAMP.

I haven't done a mass building phase yet (still trying to drop a few lbs), however I was under the impression that you wanted more carbs then protein on a mass program? I'll be doing more research on this in the next few months, but that was my initial belief.
