Hi guys!
I just set up my profile a few days ago after I decided that it was time to get back in the routine! I've done pretty good in the past at keeping myself motivated and making it to the gym or wherever regularly. I stopped going when the weather got hotter and now I am making up for my losses!! Here I am starting all over at the beginning.
One of my goals is definately to see more results. When I last worked out I was just sort of "winging it" as far as training went, but I went every day and did my thing. There were results, but I definatly want to step it up this time and get into some more intense workouts. Plus I don't know very much about how to work certain body parts and keep myself from getting bored....
On to Day 2!
