I would like to know if there are special excercises I can do to go down a size. Currently I weigh 168 lbs, 5'3" and my goal is 135 lbs. I just started the ft workout program and eat very healthy. I'm a 36D and would love to be a C cup. Would I naturally lose the weight there just by losing weight or do I need to do something extra.

If you go from 168 to 135 the chances are very good that they will shrink considerably.
