i need to know how i can remove the fat in my chest area.
i am 100% sure it is not the G disease that alot of ppl go through. im 14, and have had this problem for as long as i have lived. Lets say 3 for as long as i can remember. And developing my abs. In one day i eat 1300 calories while losing 1450 calories from cardio/swimming. I also do crunches twice a week, and along with that a few setes of pushups. Overtime will this help me to lose body fat and develop my abs and lower the fat in my chest and the pushups help tone my chest. Also i was wondering if i eat 1500 calories and lose 1250 calories,a day will i still lose weight becuaes i saw that on alot of calorie diets ppl are only losing 7000 a week while im loosing 10150/8960, and still eating more than 1500 becuase they subtract how much they are losing form how much they eat and the remaining number they compare it again to how much they lose and think they are losing 2lbs work. which method is better for losing fat in chest area and toning it, and getting abs to show. My method where i lose 10150 a week while eating 1300 calories, or eating 9800 and losing 7000. Ill show you an exmaple.
For there method
Lets say they are losing 7000 calorise a week and eating 9800 calorise a week.
9800 minus 7000 equals 2800.
From this the peoploe are now saying they eat 2800 calories a week, but are losing 7000, so in turn they say they are losing weight but they forgot the fact that the reamining 2800 calories is how much they are consuming more than there burning.
My Method
I eat 9100 calorise a week while using up 9650 a week. That means i lose generally 550 calories a week.
I use 9650 minus how much I eat which is 9100 calories, which gives me 550, that means how much I lost.
Which method auctully works better, the most calorie diet method or my method where u auctully lose 550, and not have any leftover. and for weight training is it okay if i do bench presses of 10lbs for my age, im 14 and weigh 138 lbs.

im confused..
2800 calories a week? thats nothing! i eat well over that in a day! look.. when you are creating a caloric deficit, you need to take into account your maintenance levels. this is the calories required to run your body systems. from there you play with your activity, whether you want to gain/lose weight, etc. i think your problem is that you are consuming way too few calories, and your body is preferentially storing the food as fat to save for energy.
at your age, i wouldnt focus too much on cutting foods.. you are still young and it may hamper your growth. what is your diet like? focus on complex carbs, fibrous veggies, lean meats, and healthy fats. eat 6- 8 small meals a day, or 3 regular meals with snacks in between to keep your metabolism running. weight training will help you build up the muscle in your torso and raise your metabolism, and cardio will help you shed the fat.
if you want to talk about this more, email me.

watashi...You've taken a simple issue and made it a whole lot more difficult then it is. bropie is right...Find your maintenance calores, this is the # of calories you can eat in one day along with doing your regular activity, and you neither gain or lose weight. From there just cut back 100-200 calories every few days till you start seeing results.
Calories, weightloss and exercise isn't rocket science. Keep it simple and you'll be fine.

Couldn't have said it better myself. The only reason folks try to make rocket science out of it is they want to keep their comfort foods, and then convince themselves they are eating "healthy". When nothing changes, then they believe that there is some "science" they are missing, or some magical diet.
