What you're missing in your diet is FOOD!! 620 calories is way to little..barely body sustainable! Add things like eggs for breakfast, chicken for lunch or other lean meats, rice, whole wheat pasta, fruit, veggies(you have none here)....in other words some real food. Try and get away from the lean cuisine meals except for emergency meals. Have a look at the grocery list for healthy eating at the top of this forum and re-evaluate your daily caloric intake.
-------------- Even if you are on the right track, you will get run over if you just sit there.

FOTW is 100% right. As BB1 says, your body is not designed for the beach, it's designed for survival. If you stop eating (or don't eat enough) then you body stores everything it takes in, typical as fat, in anticipation of starving.
I understand the purpose behind what you are trying to do, because before I started really losing weight I did the same thing as you, however the mechanics of your body don't work that way. This is one of the biggest lessons I had to learn when I started. If you eat more throughout the day you'll rev up your metabolism and your body will start letting go of the excess, because it knows it'll get food soon.
If you caloric needs are 2597 then try to build back up to that amount, then cut about 200-400 calories and you should start to see results. However the nutritional profiles on this site seem to estimate calorie requirements on the high side, so you might be best eating about 2000-2200 calories a day and then cutting a few hundred and see if you see results. I will say this though...it will take time for your body to start letting go of the storage, so give it time after increasing your diet and as long as you eat clean and enough then you will see changes.
Welcome to FT and Good luck!
