im 14, and i have posted somewhat earlier but i have a differ format into asking this now. in order to lower the fat, is 1 hour and 30 minutes of cardio enough for 5 days a week, and cutting back 500 calorise a week.I dont lift weights, maybe on my arm but there all lite, like 10lbs, and some pushups. basically what im asking is do i have to lose more in a day then how much i eat, like if im eating 1300, do i have to lose like 1400, or more to lose the weight or i only hae to lose like 1000 sumtin.
