If the research done holds up in the real world, the impact on results could be huge. If you're able to bang out 2 to 3 more reps than you ever could before at your top lift, think of the increased stimulation of the muscle fiber and what that would do to your intensity.
Finally, a truly new innovation in supplements - there have been too many years of ever supp company just throwing together this ingredient with that ingredient, apparently with no rhyme or reason. I haven't tried it yet, but I'll be interested to see how it works in the gym.
