This exercise builds strongs wrists, forearms, biceps, triceps, and brachialis muscles. The dumbbells are simultaneously rotated in vertical circles in front of the body, with the wrists turned up at the bottom of the outward arc and turned down on the inner arc.

I just googled "dumbell circle" and no exercise came up. If you can't google it, it doesn't exist:big_smile: Where did you hear of a dumbell circle, sounds kind of bizarre to me.
