I am new to freetrainer and trying to get strong real fast. I was wondering if anyone knew any powerlifting exercises to get me there real quick. I want to know the best number of sets and reps to do with those exercises as well. I don't play any sports I just get off on getting big muscles and get off seing big muscles and I hope none of you think I am gay for saying that but I do. But if anybody has any input to my questions I will really appreciate it thanks everybody

I can tell you what the best powerlifting exercises are though.

Deadlift, squat, bench. And yes, I'm willing to start a fight when I say: in that order.

Just kidding, easy guys, lets not get into a squat vs. deadlift debate.

Your two most important minerals: Iron and Chalk.

If you smoke or don’t wear your seatbelt, please don’t tell me the deadlift is dangerous.
