hi, my name is Crystal. I just joined. I've recently adopted a new lifestyle. I've changed the way I eat drastically. No sugar, flour, red meat. I've cut out ALL junk food. I've been doing very well. I started jogging and walking and doing stretching workouts. I'm slowing working in strength training.
I haven't lost a pound the first week. I'm bummed because in the past, I would lose several pounds the first week. It would melt away and now nothing. I'm not giving up because this isn't about losing weight as much as it's about becoming healthy. It's a new lifestyle not something I'm gonna give up on. But I'm still bummed because of it. Any thoughts?
