hi i need help one wot 2 do to make my pecks an shoulders more bigger the rest of me is fine but i dont have a clue on how 2 get bigger on the pecks an shoulders im 16....
i go to the gym also so can any one tell me on wot to do at the gym and wat i should eat every day atlest please thanks
p.s im new to all this stuff so if u can could u explain wot u mean on how 2 do it cos i dont no much about the equipment it would just puzzle me even more lol
