that is my data, well anyways what im trying to do is lower my body fat to get my abs to show and to reduce the fat in my chest area.My excercises are 5 days a week, and are usually 1 hour of jogging, 10 minutes of swimming, and i do crunches for 3 days a week working upper, obliques, and lower.I eat 1600 a day, and am wondering will this help me lower my body fat.I lose approx 300 calorise from cardio a day for 5 days.
