I drank some alcohol on sunday night and, always without fail, if I weigh myself the next day I put on weight. This time I put on 2lbs. However my weight WILL decrease within 3 days back to normal.
So this time I thought that I would drink more water to flush out the toxins, my body is soaking it up like a sponge and making me feel bloated. The scales are not showing the normal loss in weight after 3 days. What is going on ? I'm on the south beach diet so apart from sunday evening I have been good with what I eat, plus it is not my 'TOM'.
