Ok, my college is opening and I dnt know what to do at lunch time. School serves crap junk, all around school are fast food shops and a Tesco supermarket
(i live in London). I cld get something from Tesco but I dunno wot healthy kind of readymade stuff they sell. And I cant cook some chicken breasts or stuff like that at home for numerous reasons. So if you guys can help me I'd really appreciate it. Thanks -------------- \"Liyytttweighttttttt !!! Nuttin but a peanut..\" Ronnie Coleman |

can you buy cold meat or canned tuna and make a sandwich at home? bring fruit? a granola bar? if you dont mind me asking why cant you make chicken breasts? its easy to prepare a bunch in advance.. then they're ready for whenever you need them.
if you are looking to buy something, look for alot of protein, complex carbs, and healthy fats (thats mono and polyunsaturated fats) on the label. watch the sodium as well. |

Maybe some protein bars, cut up veggies, they also sell canned turkey and chicken in the cans like tuna....I actually keep a few in my car for emergencies.
Also w/those canned chick, turkey, mix in black beans, veggies and salsa. Very good, sorta like mexican. How about a natural PB and SF jam sandwhich? |

Meal Replacement Packs - usually in powder form. Just mix with water and you have a meal

Do you have a GNC there? Stores similar to GNC will carry them

canned meats would be a great idea.. a typical can of tuna packs about 35 grams of pure protein. buy in bulk, it'll be cheaper. buy some bread, make a sandwich.. peanut butter and jelly, fruit, make a salad, pasta with meat and veggies, wraps..
i would think that MRP's would get a little expensive to be eating all the time. |

They also now make shelf stable tuna pouches - much more efficient than cans
Bropie is right - MRP's are a bit on the expensive side. But very convenient |

Learn these 2 little words: "Tesco" & "value" then make your own.
