i am just begining to do a split workout and must go to the gym on a friday and cannot train on tuesdays . so will monday and friday be ok for bulking up.
also do i only need to eat extra protein and callories on workouk out days or do i need to eat it every day of the week?

ok thankyou . so wat about not eating extra protein and callories on workout days as i am loathing eating at the moment as i have no money for supplements and dont no which 1 to get if i did.

keep your diet the same across all days of the week.

if you are looking to supplements, a protein powder would be your best start. take it postworkout mixed with water.
