hi im 14 going on to 15 and have been training lightly , basically every second day for realistically the past year,and i must say that it has been working.I have put on about 3 or 4 kg's of weight over the past half a year just doing a couple repetitive exercises with a barbell and doing some of the exercises with a bullworker.Also when I started doing it i actually started to grow ,both taller and stronger.One thing that my father stressed was that I do not over do it or try and lift to much on the barbell or compress to hard on the bullworker.

Does that sound all good.There should be no problems with what im doing (ie no stunt growth)

Also should I maybee mix yoga with my training session.Would there be any benefit?
