What are the best ones. I currently take L-tyrosine 2000mg/day (1000mg in am and 1000mg in pm). 7-keto dhea 100mg am and 100 mg in pm. I recently started taking relacore as directed on package. I have a whey protein after my workouts. I do a lot of cardio (30 min elliptical before weights and 30 min HIIT treadmill after weights) Any thoughts?
