Seaweed gives little fishies a place to swim around. Seriousle I hav no idea. Brown rice is a good source of carbs without the extra processing and calories. Cherries....I love them! Bing!

Kelp seaweed is also good for the thyroid, it helps regulate for those who are hypothyroid...
