Good
Raw Veggies (not thrilled about cooked ones, but I'll eat just about any veggie raw)
chicken
eggs with salsa
brown rice with wild rice
WW tortillas (escpecially with eggs & salsa)
Rasberries
Most Fruit
Bad:
Chicken wings
Beer
french fries with ketchup
garlic bread with cheese
BTW what is quorn and marmite? Also, eggs are a great source of protien as is peanut butter as long at is a natural PB without all the added surgar. Noodles are good as well if they are whole wheat. Dark Chocolate, OK in moderation and anyway, dark chocolate is to good to care if it is bad for you:)
-------------- Even if you are on the right track, you will get run over if you just sit there.

bad

if you're worried about wasting eggs, mix them with
eggwhites (ie 1 whole egg, 4 whites, etc.) buy the premixed egg whites, saves the separating. some are kind of watery, however, look for the ones that are 1 egg white for every 2 tbsp. i find those ones are good.
as for the noodles, its ok to eat the plain white kind after a workout. they will be absorbed faster, and shuttled to your muscles. (same goes for white bread, white rice, etc.) i especially like it because i can eat alot more.
for peanut butter, go with the natural kind.. no salt, sugar, or preservatives. great source of monounsaturated fats and protein :)

quorn - mycoprotein (fungus) based vegetarian meat substitute. v.low in fat, and can represent practically any meat (i am a vegetarian.
Marmite- black in colour, consistency of really thick treacle. Very strong salty taste. Made from yeast - contains loads of b-vits. Again, i eat this because i'm a veggie and its taste curbs my salt addiction. Marmite is also practically a british institute, like yorkshire pudding or tea!
