First of all, I'm trying to "lose weight" by gaining more muscle mass. I can definitly stomache drinking this, but it tastes too good to be true. I only drink it once per day and it makes 2 cups.
Ingredients:
1 Banana
1 cp of Soy Milk (chocolate)
2 Tbsp of Peanut Butter
2 scoops of Protein Whey (chocolate)
2 cherries
1 cp of ice

what else do you eat during the day? the fat seems a little high. you could get rid of the penut butter.im sure other people will give you a better idea.

Usually granola bars for breakfast & snacks between meals. MRP for lunch(right after workout). Chinese for dinner most of the time(chicken fried rice or gen. tso's chick) or grilled chicken.
This isn't really set in stone but it is what I eat most of the time.

boiled rice is the way. Try wild rice.

have some egg whites for breakfast with some whole wheat toast. a granola bar is ok between a meal cottage cheese would be good too. for lunch try some tuna, chicken breast and maybe have a protien shake with it.the chinesee food for dinner is bad its filled with bad fat and grese. try some steak,fish. check out the grocers list for a healthy person (somthing like that) its a stickey it will give you a better idea. also eat some good carbs whole wheat toast, boiled potaoes,pasta,brown rice ect...good luck with it all
