I am about to go back into contemporary dance and can use all the energy that I need. I don't have much of a set diet or an exercise plan, so suggestions (SERIOUS) are VERY welcome.
My day consists of:
Heart to Heart cereal in the morning with 2% milk and a one a day vitamin for women.
The remainder of the day is when I go wrong. I eat fast food, food at work, snacks here and there, pretty much whatever. I'll dance for hours on end 2 to 3 times a week, but that isn't enough. I need a set diet. I can eat anything without gaining heavy weight in my arms and legs, but it shows in the mid section.
I'm not fat, I'm rather thin. I just need to gain more muscle, tone the untoned areas and gain strength.
According to my profile, I need:
Protein -110 g
Carbohydrates -220 g
Fats -18 g
Total Calories -1465
Any suggestions??
