After 6 months of training I just got sum body fat calipers and havent used them ever. When I pinch the fat i read a measurement in millimeters. How can I find the actual percentage? And what are the equations?
Thanks

It is best to get someone else to do it for you. You need to measure at multiple locations total the numbers then use a chart to get the result. Remember the cheaper qualtity ones are easy to cheat with and tend to be inaccurate.

If you go to bodyforlife.com and click on exercise at the top of the page and then click on exercise tools on the side of that page you can find a section dedicated to body fat. It will tell you where to measure and figure out your % body fat for you. You do need someone to take the measurements for you though. I hope this helped.
