I`ve been buying this certain cottage cheese, on the package it says "pressed cottage cheese".
Is this the right kind? Someone at work told me it`s not, and there`s a different kind I should be buying.
Since the person is an "expert in everything" I thought I`ll ask you guys first.
pressed cottage cheese removes the whey, or the watery part of milk that separates from the curds. i would stick with the regular cottage cheese in the future, as the liquid whey contains additional vitamins and minerals, as well as boosting the overall protein content
