Supplements can be a great aid with your health and fitness goals. Combined with the proper exercise and nutritional plan they can be quite effective.

I was wondering if it would be better to take creatine after I stop taking cAmp, or if it would be okay to take both at the same time? Also, if I start taking creatine, should I limit my caffeine intake? And finally, how much creatine should be taking during the loading phase & how much after the loading phase (plus, should you take it everyday, or only on workout days)? Thanks for advice or comments!

stacked question--cAMP and creatine can be combined and take creatine twice a day for 3 weeks with in the morning(5grams each teime) and post workout after 3 weeks use 5grams postworkout only.

I had remarkable progress with cAMP/Creatine stack. By all means, use them together.
