Hi i'm yvette,i'm 14, i weigh 140lbs and i'm 5'6 ft. And everytime i try to start a fitness programme i have a really hard time actually starting it and sticking to it. I'm a vegetarian and my parents don't think i need to lose weight, so i'm not really getting a good enough diet. Is there an easier way to start losing weight and gain muscle mass, without changing what i eat?
