i am looking to firm and tone, i dont want to lose wight but im confused-do i need to change my diet? im 5'7 and weigh 120 but i just kinda figured i could eat what i want and when i work out i will stay toned up right? please help

There's no pat answer to that one. Depending on how intense your workout is, your weight may or not change, and it might go up or down. Assuming you get into a really quality workout, pitch the scale (or at least don't get fixated on it) and pay attention to the mirror and how your clothes fit. Everyone has to tweak their food intake occasionally depending on their goals.

ok thanks! I never have worried with a scale, the only reason I know my weight is cause of a doctors appt. I went to last week. I really dont want to lose any weight. And I am trying to get into a quality workout but im not sure what to do. I run 1 1/2 mile every night and then do 15 crunches when I get home but I know I need to do more

One of the local recreation centers has a 3 mile trail. I walked it yesterday-FEEL THE BURN!!! Wasnt to bad but I can definently feel my leg muscles got worked. I still run a mile to a mile and a half every night.. I will get the body I had before the kids where born. :)
