I just got my shipment of C2. Was wondering how I should take it. I get up about 3:30 am and dont get to the gym till about 5:30 pm

The label says to take it thirty minutes before working out.

LOL Then don't take it. It's not science. I drink coffee all day long and the evening so it's no big deal for me. If caffiene affects you and you don't want to take it before bedtime then you got the wrong supplement. I'm not trying to be sarcastic but..... you either need to change your workout time or change back to cAMP.

Yep, I am very careful about caffine too close to bed. I will not and do not take any caffine of any type within 6-8 hrs. of bedtime. I am very susceptible to it. If it bothers your sleep, then I would adhere to something along these lines.
