Im an avid downhill mountain biker and normally through the summer i ride enough to maintain my upper body strength, but now as its getting colder and darker i can see myself riding less so have started working out in the mornings..
I went straight to doing my old plan which id had no problem with before... which was 100 situps, 40 press ups and 20 pull ups every morning, but i found it a bit of a struggle to complete. but now the day after it hurts my chest slightly when i sneeze or cough, and my neck hurts a bit. im guessing i overdid and and pulled some muscles slightly, but how long should i wait until i can start excercising again and what goals should i aim for?
