Can someone explain to me what this is exactly? I was doing a little research of Cissus quadrangularis, and found this little section. I'm not all that educated on anything steroid related, so when I hear the term I tend to freak out a bit. What is the difference between a legal anabolic steroid, and an illegal steroid?
I've seen quite a few posts on cAMP and Cissus, but I don't believe this was ever covered.
"Cissus quadrangularis contains high amount of vitamin C, carotene A, anabolic steroidal substances and calcium."

Anabolic steroidal substances simply refer to anabolic properties. There is no steroids in it, it would be immediately pulled as they are a banned substance.
