i have no idea how much i am suppose to eat in a day.
IM 14 years old, 5 feet 6 and 125lbs. Im eating 1500 calories a day and I do cardio 5 days a week and i do crunches twice a week. I dont life weights though but is this too much calories to be consuming.
just eat what you feel your body needs. at 14 years old, i wouldnt worry about counting calories yet. you are still growing, and your body needs all the nutrients you can get. just eat smart. split up your meals more evenly across the day, and stay healthy
