I have noticed that most of the muscles on my body,(especially biceps) do not get totally sore every time I work out? With my biceps, the only way for me to get really sore the next day is to do a ton of reps with low weight, but with higher weights I usually just can't do another rep and feel tightness in the muscle and thats it... I am not working hard enough or do I jsut not get sore?

how long have you been doing your current program?

your body could be stale with the workout you have.. switch up the exercises or workout schedule, change the sets and reps, try drop setting.. variety is the key to continual gains.

It's different for different people. Do a buddy search for DOM. You'll find s'more info there.

I myself take a couple days to feel any soreness sometimes, but I don't judge how I'm doing by how sore I am. If I'm able to do all of my reps and sets I just go up in weight the next time I do the exercise.

Like bropie stated, I also change my bicep workout every week. Dumbbells, ez-bar, machine, and cables.
