Ok, let's go back to the basics. I am trying to lose weight. How do I count my calorie intake? I am a 22 year old female and I workout (mostly running for now). I need to learn how to eat right cus i recently gained a little weight and i need to watch out! PLEASE help me.
1) Determine your daily calorie intake for your goals
2) Buy measuring cups because you'll need them
3) http://www.nutritiondata.com/ -- If its going into your mouth this site has the carb/fat/protien/calorie data for it
4) Design a meal plan that works. There is tons of posts on this board already. Use the FitBuddy seach button at the bottom and the Healthy Eating sticky at the top for help.
