for my dinner today (packed lunch for work) i am having wild rice, quorn pieces, lettuce cucumber, tomato and a hard boiled egg. I only cooked the rice for 10 mins, and i read (while a had just put a huge mouthful of rice in my mouth) that you're supposed to cook it for 1hr!
It's like eating twigs.
However, I am taking solace in the fact that I feel smug about my healthy dinner, while my colleagues stuff there faces with chips, pasties, beans and general rubbish. Ha!
