i cant get my forearms sore to save my life. wats a great way to increase the size of ur forearms?

ben it's been discussed quite a bit before....search for it....
to summarize some key points:
-heavy deadlifts are the absolute best
-time holds(grab a bar or a thick bar if you got one and load it up with maximal weight and hold it for as long as you can.....this is probably a bit more than your max deadlift...although not always
-heavy curls/reverse curls
-heavy rows, chin ups/pull ups
-grippers
