Hello all, newbie here...gained a few pounds since getting married, and I'd like to get back into shape. My life is extremely busy and rather stressful, so any quick/easy tips for getting in shape are appreciated...my problem areas are mainly my stomach and thighs

Less energy consumption (food) and more energy output (exercise) will start you down the right path. I don't think there is ever a quick and dirty trick to weight loss. It takes time, and depends on what your goals are. If you just want to lose weight in your stomach and thighs, that might be tough. Granted you can focus particular exercises on that area, but your body is going to lose weight were it wants to lose weight not where you tell it to. However, if you trying to strengthen your abs and thighs, that is a different story. My suggestion, look at your diet and incorporate as much cardio exercise as you can into your busy day.
