are raisins good to eat alot of? i eat one of thoses little boxes every day. i love them and they supress my sugar craving. are they a good snack???

Raisins are a healthy snack, but if fat loss is your main goal, I would consider them a "cheat" food. At least in any decent quantity.

you get the same amount of sugar and calories from a 1/2 cup of raisins as you do in a whole cup of grapes (or thereabouts). Since a lot of the water is dehydrated out, they are more dense. It's better to eat a snack sized box of raisins than it is to eat a candy bar though. Just remember to include them in you daily calorie allowance.
