hello my name is anthony cortez and im 15 years old. im from the bay area in california. I wanted to know how much weight and muscle mass can you gain with the help of powder weight gainer and whey protien, in a week or 2? any response will be greatly appreciatted.

None. At 15 you must eat well, (real food) and train, and include good sleeping habits. Forget about powders and save your money for a good CD!!

really? I have been weight training for a couple months and with the help of protiend powder, i have seen exellent gains. should i discontinue my use of protien powders? I have been trying to eat constantly, but i am a hard gainer. any other suggestions?

Your original question was "How much weight mass or muscle gain in 2 weeks"?

Not knowing your weight, it is hard sggest the proper amount of protein. If you are doing stenuous weight training have a post workout protein shake with water. Otherwise get your protein from whole foods and don't forget about the healthy fats that you must consume. If you really want to gain, you must eat well, and get the rest required.
