How about tilts? Stand with feet soulder width apart. Hold a dumbell in your right hand and lean to the right until the dumbell reaches your knee or a little further down (depending on how long your arms are) Then pull yourself back up to starting position. after a set on one side, do the other side. Make sure you're doing pleanty of cardio.

All the exercises in the world won't get rid of love handles or make your abs show. You must look to your diet. To burn fat you gotta create a caloric deficit. There is no other way.
