i need help with my diet. i am 19 male my height is bout 5 ft 10 inch and i weight bout 200 ibs. i just want to gain mass then am going to cut. i workout bout 1 hour after i eat my breakfast. i eat bout 2-4 hours apart, i am eating for breakfast 2 whole eggs and 3 egg whites, smll bowl of oatmeal. right after my workout i take my protein with water. it tastes better then milk though. for lunch i have 1 chicken with white rice. then i have 2 PB with grape jelly on whole wheat bread. for my dinner i have some meat forget wat it is. then before i go to bed i have another protein but with milk. but i having problems on the weekend on m diet that is my biggest problem.
I think it would be good if you added some veggies and fruit to your diet. Maybe in your oatmeal or some veggies in your omelet. You can also have it with your rice and chicken. That might help you with getting more calories.
